Positive: This is what a boutique hotel should be. The value for money here was excellent given the location being close to everything.
Negative: Only issue, no parking and public parking is more expensive than other cities, $25 euros per night so that should be factored in when you decide on a hotel.

Positive: The hotel is very new and located in the main area of the old town and minutes from the port. The staff were very friendly and the decor i found to be interesting and the vibe of the property casual and fresh. It’s a small hotel but has a good restaurant with an excellent variety of food for both breakfast and later meals in the day. It also a few feet away from many restaurants and cafe’s and the beach is a short walk away. The beach is white sand and beautiful. Be prepared to bring your own chairs and towels. It was a very relaxing experience indeed.
Negative: i did not like the fact that only one key was given to us, which makes going out on your own a bit of a hassle, not the going out but coming back alone if you don’t have the key. Our room had a damp smell to it that only my wife and I could smell. The hotel staff that came to inspect the room said she did not smell anything. It was a small thing ( I hope) and we focused on enjoying our time there. Not much to not like about the hotel.
Summary: Blown away by Tarifa. Pun intended.
